What we are looking for

A highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team to lead and manage our Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Intelligence (BI).

About the role

This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimising organisational performance, overseeing the PMO function, leading the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies and solutions to support decision-making across the Company.

What you will be doing

  • Line management of the PMO and BI Team including leadership and guidance.
  • Driving the development of the PMO capabilities within the Company.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies, processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and oversee project planning, objectives, scope, schedule, execution and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand cross functional strategies and requirements.
  • Develop and implement BI strategies, frameworks, and tools to enable data-driven decision-making and performance optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track organisational and project performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive effective collaboration, alignment and continuous engagement.
  • Assess and contribute to resource and budget forecasting, and capacity planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior management by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage adherence to data governance policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field. 
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) will be a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management and business intelligence with a solid track record of successful project delivery and business impact.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
