You’ve just signed up for a TooMuchWifi installation. Now what?

Wamkelekile to TooMuchWifi! Requesting a service can be tricky, especially when you don’t know what to expect. Here is our installation process so you know what to expect after you have requested for a TooMuchWifi connection.

1. Request installation

This is the first step to getting a TooMuchWifi connection. Visit our website and log into our portal. Click to request an installation, choose the desired Uncapped Line you would like and fill in your details on the Request Installation Form.

Once you have selected ‘submit’, your request will be sent to a customer service agent who will contact you. Our friendly agent will then walk you through the process to get you connected.

2. Contacted for photo of the front of the house and location pin

After your request has been received, you will be contacted to provide a photo of the front of the building you would like TooMuchWifi to be installed at. We will also request that you WhatsApp us the location pin of the building you would like the installation in. 

This will allow us to run a site survey to see if you are within our coverage area.

3. A site survey will be done

If we cannot find a signal remotely, a physical site survey will need to be conducted to ensure we have coverage at your location. This is free of charge. If you are contacted for a physical site survey, please ensure someone is at the location to open for our technicians.

4. Payment of installation and first month

Before we can install, we need to have received your payment. This first payment consists of the once-off installation fee (of R300) and the first month’s payment. This secures your spot for installation. Once you have made payment, please WhatsApp your proof of payment to our number

It is important to use your Node Number as your reference. This will ensure that the payment you have made is allocated to your account. 

5. Contacted for installation

When we have received your proof of payment, you will be scheduled for your installation. The scheduling process is quite extensive and it can take up to 7 – 10 working days for your installation to take place. 

Our agents will contact you to ensure your scheduling date suits you. Please ensure someone is home on the day of your installation.

6. Enjoy your TooMuchWifi connection! 

Once the technicians have installed your connection, you will be connected to TooMuchWifi! You will be able to stream your favourite shows, listen to the latest music and connect with family and friends easily.
