What we are looking for

A seasoned, dedicated and passionate wellness professional to drive staff well-being and effective employee engagement.

About the role

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing organisational wellness programs and initiatives to support physical, mental and emotional well-being of our staff including the development of relevant Company staff benefits to promote a culture of health and wellness.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and implement a suitable wellness program to meet the needs and interests of our staff.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify relevant priorities and objectives.
  • Establish metrics to measure wellness program effectiveness.
  • Develop reports and present wellness performance results to the executive team.
  • Organise and facilitate educational training sessions on relevant topics.
  • Organise and coordinate wellness events to engage staff and promote healthy behaviours.
  • Develop proposals for various campaigns or drives, and distribute wellness materials and resources.
  • Provide support to staff seeking guidance, information, or support related to health and wellness concerns, and maintain strict confidentiality of such information.
  • Assess program and campaign outcomes, identify areas for improvement and present recommendations for enhancements.
  • Assess and propose suitable company staff benefits, and drive the implementation and impact evaluation of such benefits.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Counselling or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in wellness program development, implementation and evaluation for a medium to large organisation.
  • Proven counselling and training experience.
  • An effective communicator with great presentations and training skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health promotion solutions and programs.
  • Empathy and discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Strong ability to provide support in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner.
