What we are looking for

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager with a strong technical background in network infrastructure and telecommunications with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a our talented Rollout team.

The successful incumbent will have exceptional project management skills with strong analytical problem-solving abilities with the ability to communicate and build strong interpersonal business relationships and convey technical information at a understandable level to non-technical stakeholders.

What you will be doing

Network Rollout:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive network rollout plans to expand TooMuchWifi’s coverage and capacity.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the installation of network equipment.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective deployment of network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align rollout activities with business objectives.

Warehouse Management:

  • Oversee the operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
  • Implement efficient processes for the storage, handling, and distribution of network equipment and materials.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of inventory levels and movement.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Site Management:

  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for network installations.
  • Coordinate site acquisition, permitting, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee site preparation, including infrastructure setup and safety measures.
  • Ensure that sites are maintained and operate efficiently post-deployment.
  • Resolve any site-related issues that arise during and after the rollout process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in network rollout, telecommunications, or a related industry.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale network deployment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in warehouse management and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
