How to troubleshoot
We hope this will never be the case, but as we know technology has a mind of its own! If you are experiencing a “no internet connection” connection, here are some easy steps to take to reboot your router and get you back online!
To make things easier for you, we have labeled all our equipment in case any troubleshooting is needed. Please read the labels carefully to make sure you are plugging in all the cables correctly.
There should be a blue or yellow cable from the POE LAN Port to Mikrotik Port 1. That cable allows for an internet connection. You can unplug the one side and plug it back in. When the cable is connected correctly, Port 1 lights up.
This should fix the issue, but if not, our tech support is always available to help! Just send a message to our WhatsApp number and someone will assist. If they can’t fix it remotely, a technician will come to you to resolve the issue!
How to check your internet speed
If you’re facing slow internet connection, here’s how you can check your internet speeds:
- Click the Start button to initiate the speed test
- After a few seconds, the tool will display the results of your speed test, showing you important information about your internet connection.
