How to create a ticket

Need help with your TooMuchWifi connection? We have made a quick and easy way to contact us. As a TooMuchWifi customer, all you need to do is create a ticket and one of our friendly customer service agents will contact you to resolve your issue. 

WhatsApp Number

The easiest way to create a ticket is by sending us a WhatsApp on (060) 016 9434. Type ‘hi’ to the number to “wake up” our robot. You will be provided options, select the number that describes your query best. You will then receive a follow up call from one of our friendly customer support agents to address your ticket.

Customer Portal

Log into your customer portal. Your customer portal allows you to manage your account easily. Enter your phone number and password and login. If you’ve never logged into your portal before, select the ‘signup’ tab. You will need to input your phone number and create a password for your account. 

Select the three lines on the top right corner of the home screen. This is the menu. Multiple options will appear, but to create a ticket, click on the ‘support’ tab. You will be redirected to the Customer Support Form.

On the Customer Support Form, you will need to select which community you are in and the reason for creating the ticket. Please be as detailed as possible in the description so we can allocate your issue to the correct department. 

You will get a notification confirming the successful receipt of your ticket. An agent will then take over and work on resolving your query.

Follow Up Call

While the agent is handling your query, you will receive a follow up call from them to ensure your query is solved. If you do not answer the initial call, our agents will try an additional two (2) times. If you do not answer any of our attempts to call you, we will send a WhatsApp to you and your ticket will be closed. You will need to fill in the Support Form again so we can resolve your query.
