About the Role

As Area Leader, you will have leadership responsibility for delivering and maintaining our service in an area of approximately 10,000 homes by coordinating company resources and community based staff in a fast-paced startup environment.

You must embody the brand for your home community, and represent your neighbours and hold the company accountable to its core values and commitments. You must embody our core values, and principles and inspire your team by leading by example.

In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Support department, supporting managers and functional leadership to help build a team of Customer Technical specialists and installation teams who can deliver our promises with excellence. You will also be responsible for delivering on the highest level of support and service, exceeding our customers expectations.
