Once we’ve got your info, we check coverage in your township or suburb. If you’re within range, you’ll get a WhatsApp confirmation and a secure payment link. That’s your green light to go.

Step 3: Payment Options

You can pay:

• Your bank app

• At local kiosks or shops

• With a cash deposit

Step 4: Fibre Installation Timeline

Most installs happen within 7–10 working days once payment and details are verified. (Remember: weekends and public holidays don’t count.)

• Bad weather: our techs can’t work in heavy rain
