About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic leader with a 15+ year track record of excellence, who is equally passionate about commercial success and community impact. This a broad executive role, where you will be responsible for the needs of our consumers and partners to be met.

As a Regional Manager, you will have leadership responsibility for training, coaching, and leading a diverse group of young people, from all walks of life, in a fun and fast-paced startup environment. You will maintain oversight of multiple business functions and ensure that healthy rhythms and rituals are maintained.

You will be responsible for developing and growing our brand across Cape Town and the Western Cape’s Township Communities. You will engage and collaborate with respected community leaders and organisations in the communities we serve. Your ability to actively participate in sustainability paced scaling strategies, connection to the Townships and excellent reflexes, will ensure that you are able to coordinate all the elements needed to make our Staff successful at delivering the ultimate TooMuchWifi experience.

You will demonstrate personal accountability and entrepreneurial drive and have experience managing processes and systems in an established work environment.

You will help TooMuchWifi & Our Customers slay the affordability dragon, with an obsession for Customer Happiness, a commitment to the communities we serve and the ability to handle situations with consistency and humour.
